How are your products made?
Every MorseWear product is custom-printed on demand by Printful, our global fulfillment partner. Your order is printed and shipped from the facility nearest to you, which helps reduce delivery time and environmental impact.
How long does fulfillment take?
Once you place your order, it enters our production queue. Fulfillment typically takes 2–5 business days. After fulfillment is complete, your order ships out and you'll receive a tracking email.
Note: Fulfillment time and shipping time are separate. Total delivery time = fulfillment + shipping.
Estimated delivery times
After your order ships, estimated delivery times by region are:
• USA: 3–4 business days after fulfillment
• Europe: 6–8 business days after fulfillment
• Australia: 2–14 business days after fulfillment
• Japan: 4–8 business days after fulfillment
• International: 10–20 business days after fulfillment
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, or peak-season demand.
Where does my order ship from?
Printful operates fulfillment centers worldwide — including in the US, Europe, Canada, Mexico, Japan, and Australia. Your order is produced at the facility best positioned to reach you efficiently. This means you may occasionally receive your order from a facility in a different country.
Will I be charged customs or import fees?
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country's regulations. These fees are assessed by your local customs office and are not in our control. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering.
For customers in the UK, our Standard DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) shipping option includes duties and taxes in the shipping price, so there are no surprise fees at delivery.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. Express shipping is available for most products and destinations at checkout. Express orders typically arrive 1–3 business days after fulfillment. Express shipping requires a valid phone number, so please make sure yours is included in your order.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. You can use this link to follow your package in real time. If you have questions about your tracking or if your tracking hasn't updated in several days, contact us at [your support email] with your order number.
My order should be here but it hasn't arrived — what should I do?
If your estimated delivery window has passed, please:
• Check your shipping confirmation email to confirm the delivery address was correct
• Check with your local post office — the carrier may be holding the package
• Check with neighbors in case the package was left with them
If none of the above resolves the issue, email us at [your support email] with your order number and we'll open a trace with the carrier.
My order shows 'delivered' but I haven't received it
Occasionally, a package is scanned as delivered before it physically arrives. Please wait 24–48 hours, then check with neighbors and your building's mailroom or reception. If the package still hasn't appeared, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Address changes may be possible if your order has not yet entered the printing process. Contact us immediately at [your support email] with your order number and the correct address. We'll do our best, but we cannot guarantee changes once production has started.
