Return Policy

Overview

All MorseWear products are custom-printed on demand through Printful, our fulfillment partner. Because each item is made specifically for you when you order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size ordered (please refer to our sizing chart on each product page)
  • Color preference

We know this is different from traditional retail. That's why we include detailed sizing charts and product mockups on every listing — so you can shop with confidence.

When we will issue a refund or replacement

We absolutely stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives with any of the following issues, we will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund:

  • The item is damaged or defective
  • The item was misprinted (e.g. design is blurry, misaligned, or incorrect)
  • You received the wrong item (wrong product, size, or color)
  • Your order is lost in transit

How to request a refund or replacement

Email us at connect@morsetranslator.net within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the defective or incorrect item
  • A brief description of the issue

We'll review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with a resolution.

Size exchanges

Because all products are printed to order, we are unable to offer size exchanges. We encourage you to review the sizing chart on each product page before placing your order. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Mislabeled items

In the rare case that an item you received is mislabeled (the tag says a different size than what was ordered), please contact us at connect@morsetranslator.net within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo. We'll send you a correctly labeled replacement at no charge.

Returned-to-sender packages

If a package is returned to our fulfillment facility due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, or because it was unclaimed, we'll notify you by email. We'll hold the package for 30 days. During this time, you can choose to:

  • Have the order reshipped (additional shipping cost applies)
  • Receive a refund for the product cost (shipping is non-refundable)

To avoid this, please double-check your delivery address before completing your order.
